As a part of the recent government plan to encourage the industry and investment in Egypt, “ORCHID” has developed the concept of a project from a simple warehouses compound to an integrated solutions services based on all the important needs for the following (factories, light industries, refrigerated warehouses, export and import transactions, storages and logistic services) to facilitate the movement of investment in the region as one of the largest industrial and investment areas. The project is spanning of 550,000 SQM in the heart of 10th of Ramadan.
10th of Ramadan City is considered the castle of the Egyptian industry as it is the favorite destination for dozens of factories in the field of medicine, food, textile and several industries. Our project, ORCHID, will be established in a prime location at Tenth of Ramadan, as it is connected to the main roads; Al-Ismalia Highway, Bilbees Highway, and Reginal Ring Road which all lead to Suez Highway, The New Capital and New Obour City.
Egypt is a natural trans-shipment point, logistics and distribution hub in the region.
ORCHID’S strategic location in 10th of Ramadan City ensures unparalleled accessibility, connectivity to major roads like Al-Ismailia Highway and Belbeis Highway, leading to vital routes such as Suez Highway and The New Capital.
The project capitalizes on Egypt’s key ports, including Alexandria, Damietta, Port Said, and Port Suez within a very short reaching time.
Additionally, ORCHID will be seamlessly integrated into Egypt’s upgraded Monorail network, enhancing its connectivity. Ongoing road upgrades transform nearby routes into highways, making it an ideal hub for businesses and trade.
ORCHID will be delivered with a complete infrastructure, external finishing for buildings and firefighting system according to the international standards and Egyptian codes.
